Since our incorporation in 2023, AAVision Builders has successfully completed dozens of projects for individuals and organizations in Nairobi and Kikuyu. Our mission is to make high-quality, affordable construction accessible to every Kenyan, no matter where they are in the country. But for now, we have strategically concentrated our operations in Kiambu and Nairobi areas, where our offices are based. Founder & Head Engineer
Meet Eng. Alfred Otieno, the founder, Head Engineer, and technical cornerstone of AAVision Builders. Eng. Otieno brings over 7 years of hands-on experience in residential and commercial construction, much of it gained while working with a leading construction and civil engineering firm in Westlands, Nairobi.
During his tenure there, he successfully oversaw the design and execution of diverse projects across Nairobi, including multi-storey apartments, commercial buildings, standard homes, and luxury villas.
In his current role at AAVision Builders, Eng. Otieno is widely praised for delivering innovative yet practical structural solutions. He manages every project with rigorous quality control and an unwavering commitment to safety, ensuring full compliance with industry codes and national safety standards.
Head of Architectural Designs
Architect Stephen Odhiambo leads the creative force at AAVision Builders, overseeing both residential and commercial designs. He is the mastermind behind all architectural drawings for our new builds, consistently achieving a beautiful balance of aesthetics and functionality in every structure.
Steve combines creativity, sharp problem-solving skills, advanced building technology, and mastery of the latest design software (including 3D visualization) to deliver outstanding results. He produces custom floor plans and technical drawings that our team transforms into practical, high-quality spaces—structures that fully meet county and national building regulations.
